Branch Manager

We are a large chain of newsagent and convenience stores with over 1300 branches nationwide. We are curently seeking a Branch Manager for our store in Cemaes Bay.
You should demonstrate the ability to communicate with both staff and customers, set a high standard or customer service and be able to solve problems. You will have responsibility for stock control, controlling budgets, cash and security issues, staff management, training, welfare and recruitment.
Previous experience in retail management and dealing with shrinkage would be an advantage.
Due to the opening hours of the branch you will be required to work various shifts between 6am and 9pm covering 7 days per week.
