Samplers needed for Winter X Games 13
at M2W, Inc in Aspen / Snowmass, CO
Thanks for inquiring about the 2009 Winter X Games 13 Sampling Initiative. We will be sampling a brand new “HOT” product during Winter X Games 13 in Aspen, CO on January 22nd thru January 25th. I am currently looking for 6-8 aggressive, fun and passionate ambassadors for a new and very “HOT” brand. All staff must be local residents!
As a Brand Ambassadors you will be responsible for:
• On-site for 4 days
• Extremely flexible during AM and PM shift
• Sample product aggressively and passionately
• Self transportation
• Man a sweepstakes booth for Snowboard and other prize give-a-ways
OBJECTIVES:
• To increase brand presence and awareness
• To initiate trial
• To increase store traffic, generating higher local retail sales
TARGET AUDIENCE:
• Primary – teenagers, college students and everyone on the mountain that is Xtreme!
ATTIRE:
• M2W will provide graphic tees, beanies and credentials
• Bottoms – Black pants
• snow shoes / boots
PRE-GAME
• I’ll have initial on-site meeting with staff on January 21st TDB. Car pooling is highly recommended to event site. Must have your own lodging.
• Things to cover: paperwork, game plan, rules, product, sweepstakes, premiums, set-up for booth and banners etc…
• Know the planning! Where to park? Where you will be sampling? Where you are going to set up on what days and nights?
SET UP / EXECUTION
• Each mountain will have a team of 3-4 samplers
• Field Manager will manage table, product, team, promotional items
• Each sampler will have two sampling bags and sample to our demographic on the base, at the concerts, on each mountain, parking lots etc
Compensation
• Staff hourly rate - $15 per hour
