Hilton Meats (Cookstown) Ltd are currently recruiting for a Technical Supervisor to be responsible for the normal day-to-day duties of overseeing a small but dynamic Technical Department. The Technical Supervisor / Quality Technician must ensure that the highest level of quality is maintained in compliance with customer specifications and E.C. Legislation.
Hilton Meats Ltd is part of The Foyle Food Group, a leading food processing company supplying quality beef products to major retail and wholesale groups in the UK, Ireland and throughout Europe.

We want to hear from people with the following skills, qualifications and experience….
• HND or equivalent in a food related subject
• The ability to audit and update existing technical systems
• The ability to prepare for Customer and External Audits
• Working knowledge of HACCP
• Advanced Food Hygiene Certificate
• The ability to conduct trend analysis on microbiology results, customer complaints and organoleptic analysis
• Computer literacy
If you have the following it would certainly be an advantage but by no means essential….
• Working knowledge of ISO Management systems
• Working knowledge of EFSIS Management systems
• Previous experience within a supervisory position

The Technical Supervisor will be required to work Monday to Friday 7.30am – 4pm although these times may vary according to production and seasonal variances.
