Hospitality Runner

Media company based in W1, requires a catering runner/assistant. The main duties are: making refreshments for mtgs (there are 5 mtg rooms), purchasing food supplies and catering equipment, assisting the catering manager, restocking fridges and being the main contact for catering suppliers. We are a very busy media co and we need a Runner who is happy to deal with our catering facilities. You will need to be happy to be client facing due to the hospitality element of the role. A ‘can do’ attitude, bundles of energy, bubbly personality and great enthusiasm is what we are looking for. Your duties will also include some general running duties which will include delivering tapes, purchasing props and possibly assisting on film shoots, although your priorities will be looking after the catering side of the business. This role is perfect for a 1st jobber looking to join a media company. This role is not ideal for those looking for a foot in the door for a production role.
