A top premium beer brand is running promotional activity from October – end of December 2009 and requires a top notch Brand Ambassador to assist in the running of these activities over the next 3 months.

This is a premium product and targets itself predominantly at men aged between 30-50. As a brand ambassador, you would be required to travel the country, running sampling evenings in pubs and bars nationwide over a 3 month period. You’ll appreciate that working with pubs and bars entails some late nights and potential work any day of the week / weekend so you must be flexible and available to work at any time during this period.

You will be required to run a total of approx. 30 promotional samplings over the 3 month period and outlets will be located across the UK so a driving licence is essential.

Each sampling activity will run for a couple of hours, where you will need to interact with customers, speak with authority about the brand and it’s heritage as well as engaging them in the wider promotion supporting the sampling. You will often work with another team member on each activity.
Our target market is male ABC1’s between 30-50yrs old so you not only need to be presentable, but ‘credible’ to such an audience.

Activity begins at the start of October so you must be able to start and be available for interviews and training virtually immediately. All accommodation and travel will be paid for. Salary to be negotiated but approx. £4k gross.

Tour Leaders Required for International Students House Travel Club

International Students House Travel Club is looking for new Tour Leaders for its wide range of travel club trips. The trips are usually between 1-4 days in duration over a weekend, and are out of London to UK destinations such as Stratford upon Avon, the Lake District and Bath.

If you have traveled the UK, have knowledge of British history, and are confident in managing groups of up to 15 international students, then we would like to hear from you. The Tour Leader will be required to drive our 17-seater minibus, so you will need to have a clean driving licence which is valid in the UK, and be 25+ years of age with experience of driving a vehicle this size. A minibus familiarisation session will be required, where your suitability will be assessed. It is also beneficial if you already have basic first aid training.

The work is occasional weekends. Tour Leaders are paid £90 per day, plus basic accommodation when leading overnight tours in a single ensuite room accompanying the group, and applicable tours / entrance fees.
