Trust Locums has an opportunity for a self-motivated, target driven and sales oriented individual to join a team of successful Recruiters working in a niche market.

Objectives of this position:
1. Achieving individual and team targets as set by the Management through regular contact and networking of Clients and Candidates.
2. Maintaining and updating an in-house Database of Clients and Candidates.
3. Helping other team members to achieve their objectives, where needed, for the benefit of the company.

Core Duties:
Outgoing Calls – structured calling around of clients (GP Surgeries, PCT’s, Military Bases, Prisons, OOH providers) Dealing with Client queries and questions and offering advice. Taking job requests; directing calls correctly and screening calls for the Management team.
Outgoing Calls – Calling around the candidates offering temporary and permanent positions. Updating availability of candidates. Verifying times worked to have timesheets authorized for payment.

Secondary Duties:
Admin – Ensure all Candidate information is up- to-date with their availability and documentation. Chasing outstanding timesheets. Completing confirmations for both Candidate and Client. Sending out terms of business to both Clients and Candidates. Completing all paperwork associated with Clients and Candidates.
Attending Conferences and Clients and Candidates meetings where needed.
